SafeWake Saudi Arabia is committed to delivering products in perfect condition to the address indicated by the customer on the checkout page. To ensure efficient delivery, we kindly request that customers provide an address where orders can be delivered during normal business hours.

1. SAFEWAKE SAUDI ARABIA SHIPPING

SafeWake Saudi Arabia delivers nationwide (Saudi Arabia).

Orders will be delivered through reliable shipping companies available in Saudi Arabia (e.g. DHL).

SafeWake Saudi Arabia ships and delivers on business days (Sunday - Thursday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM AST). For security reasons, SafeWake Saudi Arabia will not send any order to post office boxes or military bases, nor will it accept orders when it is not possible to identify the recipient or their address.

2. SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination and shipping method selected during checkout. SafeWake Saudi Arabia does not offer free shipping. Rates may vary depending on the delivery region within Saudi Arabia.

3. ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

Orders received early in the morning will be processed the same day. Typically, it will take one to two business days to prepare and dispatch orders.

Order processing takes place Sunday through Thursday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM AST (Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays). Please note that processing times may be extended during holidays, product launches, restocks, limited edition releases, and promotional periods.

4. SHIPPING TIMES

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days

Important: Delivery times may be extended due to public holidays or unforeseen events, including health emergencies or natural disruptions.

5. SHIPMENT TRACKING

Once the order has been shipped, customers will receive an email containing the tracking number for their shipment. Customers can track their order using the tracking number provided. SafeWake Saudi Arabia is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. In case of loss or theft, please contact the shipping provider directly for further assistance using the tracking number.

6. DELAYS

SafeWake Saudi Arabia is not responsible for shipping or delivery delays caused by natural or uncontrollable events or issues with the courier service (e.g., customs clearance delays). Transit times exclude Fridays, Saturdays, and public holidays.

7. UNDELIVERED PACKAGES

If the customer is unavailable at the delivery address or if delivery is otherwise unsuccessful, the package will be returned to the sender. Additional charges may apply for re-shipping costs.

8. WRONG DELIVERY ADDRESS

SafeWake Saudi Arabia is not responsible for lost or undelivered packages due to incorrect or inaccurate shipping addresses provided during purchase. Please ensure all shipping information is accurate before completing your order.

9. SECURE DELIVERY ADDRESS

SafeWake Saudi Arabia strongly recommends providing a secure delivery address, such as a home or workplace. SafeWake Saudi Arabia is not responsible for packages lost or stolen due to insecure delivery locations.

10. SHIPPING COMPLETED

Delivery is considered completed once SafeWake Saudi Arabia makes the product available to the courier and the status of the order changes to “completed” or “delivered” as indicated by the courier’s tracking system.
